Residential Section 3A – PD-Patio Home

Residential Section 3A – The Trails at Rivers Bend

The Trails is comprised of approximately 69 Homesites that are 40′ x 115′ minimum. These lots will provide Patio Home style living and great access to Childers Drive.


Construction Is Starting Soon!

Section #A has been sold and homes in this neighborhood will be built by Pacesetter Homes. Homes will be under construction shortly. We are excited to have Pacesetter Homes involved in the residential development of Pecan Park.


General Home Design Criteria

All plans and exterior selections will be pre-approved by the subdivision’s Architectural Design Committee. Homes will be a minimum of 1,000 square feet with 2-car garages. Home exteriors will need to be a minimum of 75% masonry and roofing will be composition shingle. All rear yards will be fenced and yard irrigation systems will be required.
