General Home Design Criteria
All plans and exterior selections will be pre-approved by the subdivision’s Architectural Design Committee. Homes will be a minimum of 1,600 square feet with 2 and 3-car garages. Home exteriors will need to be a minimum of 75% masonry and roofing will be composition shingle. All rear yards will be fenced and front yard irrigation systems will be required.
